Ahoy, Crew!
Two hundred of our best mateys came together to secure the ultimate pirate booty! You all are incredible, and this totally puts wind in our sails as we move into production on the third issue.
A quick note on production: because of the ASStronomical size of our gorgeous, very deluxe enamel pins, these beauties are going to take a little extra time to craft and ship to the Laguna warehouse. We’re estimating January for their arrival.

Thank you again for being part of our spooky, sexy, witchy Kickstarter shenanigans. This was such a fun campaign, and the team cannot wait to get this double issue off to print and start diving into Issue #3.

The Secret World roleplaying game is an adaptation and continuation of Funcom’s iconic MMORPG of urban horror, ancient conspiracies, and secret societies. In this roleplaying game, players take on the roles of supernaturally-powered agents of global conspiracies who band together to uncover mysteries and fight the forces of corruption dedicated to destroying the world.
The Secret World roleplaying game is powered by the Savage Worlds game system.
The Secret World for Savage Worlds was released last year as a PDF and print-on-demand book. We were thrilled with the product and the community’s response, but have always longed to give the book the high-quality print treatment it deserves.
The purpose of this Kickstarter campaign is to fund the printing of a new, smyth-sewn hardcover edition of The Secret World, as well as a bounty of dice, counters, pawns, and other physical items that we could not previously offer.
This is not a major update of The Secret World. It includes no new lore. It does include updated artwork, layout, errata, and a few small additions. The existing PDF version of the book will be updated to reflect these changes.

The Secret World Setting: The book details the world’s factions, important locations, historical events, and current state of affairs. Veteran Secret World MMO writer Joshua Doestch has helped us flesh out some fascinating areas of the setting, making this book a must-have for Secret World fans.

Character Options: Players take on the roles of shadowy agents who have been chosen and transformed by Gaia, the Earth’s guardian, to defend against chaos and horror. Players have plenty of options when creating their agents, including new Edges, new Hindrances, and the benefits of joining one of the three conspiracy factions—the Dragon, the Illuminati, and the Templars—who are competing to secretly control the world.
